The Artist Proofs feature the pressman’s “color bars”, which he uses to ensure that prints stay registered and colors stay consistent throughout the press run. Artist Proofs are numbered 1-25, dated and signed. My signature attests that I have personally inspected and approved each print — and further verified that no unsigned or unnumbered copies within the limited edition are known to exist.
