We want you to be 100% satisfied with your decision to buy from Traveling Bags, and that's why we're offering this bold "No Risk, No Stress" guarantee. It’s straightforward. If you're unhappy with a product you’ve purchased from us, We will do what we can to make it right. This, of course, excludes Final Sale - No Return Items.
Here’s how it works:
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the item within 30 days of it being delivered
- The refund is only for the Item(s) being returned and Does Not Cover The Cost of Shipping to You or Returning the item to us. It is only applicable if shipping was/is required.
- The original tags and packaging must also be returned. Luggage, Bags, and similar, as well as personal hygiene items must be unused.
- Custom or Customized items can only be returned if they were received damaged or do not match the approved proof on file.
If you have a customer account the process is self-service and you can do it easily from our store site. look for the Reurn button on your email and start the process there.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way and must include original packaging and tags.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a full refund. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee, which will be fully disclosed when you contact us.
