The Petrified Forest National Park Poster is an original work by Robert Decker. Photographs for the poster were taken at the Long Logs area of the park.

The Petrified Forest National Park Poster measures 13" x 19" and is an original work by Robert Decker. The poster is based on photographs he took in the Long Logs area of the park. Created in the style of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) of the 1930s and 1940s, posters are printed on "Conservation," a 100% recycled, domestically produced (80 lb.) paper stock with soy-based inks. From start to finish, each poster is 100% American Made.

About Petrified Forest National Park

Established in 1962, Petrified Forest National Park is best known for its fossils, especially fallen trees from the Late Triassic period of the Mesozoic era, about 225 million years ago. This was a time when the climate was humid and subtropical. The sediments containing the fossil logs are part of the widespread and colorful Chinle Formation. More than 600 archaeological sites, including petroglyphs, have also been discovered in the park. Petrified Forest National Park is located in Arizona.
